In this 1-hour webinar, we will delve into Standard 2: Analyze influences that affect health and well-being of self and others. This session will explore the role of diverse influences within individual, interpersonal, community, societal, and environmental contexts and how students encounter numerous internal and external factors across diverse settings. Participants will discuss how these influences can impact overall health and well-being.
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
· Explain key aspects of Standard 2 and how the performance indicators support the development of the “analyzing influences” skill;
· Determine various influences on health such as personal values and beliefs, perceived norms, family, peers, schools, culture, media, etc.;
